All participants are required to register and pay the registration fee, which covers two lunches, one conference dinner, one reception party, coffee breaks during the conference, shutter bus service, venue fees, and other costs of organizing the conference.

The registration fee for each participant is US$320 for regular participants or US$160 for full-time students. Participants from least developed countries are eligible for a 50% discount.

You can pay the registration fee (preferably) online (using Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, or Paypal) or pay cash at the conference site.

 

If after payment you decide not to come, please notify us via e-mail (submit@apeaweb.org). If we receive your notification before June 1, 2015, you will receive a refund of 80% of your payment.

 

Reply form: If you have not done so, please download a copy of the reply form (please click here), fill it out, and send it back to (submit@apeaweb.org) by March 20, 2015 or we will assume that you are not coming to the conference. If you need more time to decide, please send us a message and let us know that you need more time to reply.
