from Seoul-Incheon Airport to hotel 

If you fly to the Seoul-Incheon airport, you can catch a limousine (deluxe) bus outside of the airport to Seoul City Hall. The bus will have a stop at Koreana Hotel. Note that there is a standard limousine bus (#6005) also going to Seoul City Hall, but it does not have a stop at Koreana Hotel. You can also take an AREX train to go to Seoul Station. The standard train will have a stop at Gimpo airport, and costs must less than an express train. Then take a taxi to go to the hotel.

If you take subway trains, take #1 or #2 line, and get off at the City Hall Station, exit #3.

If you arrive at Gimpo airport, you can take a subway train to City Hall. The hotel is across the street from City Hall. You can also use the AREX train to go to Seoul Station. Take a taxi to go to the hotel.

 Shuttle Buses between the hotel and Korea University  

July 14^th 2017

Morning shuttle buses: Two shuttle buses will be waiting in front of Koreana Hotel. They will be leaving at 8:00 am; please make sure that you will meet us at the gate of the hotel at 7:50 am. Those not staying in Koreana Hotel can come to the hotel for the shuttle bus. 

Afternoon shuttle buses: Two shuttle buses will be leaving at 6:00 pm from the main gate of Korea University; please make sure that you will meet us at the main entrance on the 2nd floor of International Studies Hall at 5:45 pm.

Conference dinner: There will be a conference dinner in Gloria Hall (7th floor) of Koreana Hotel at 7:00 pm (ending at around 8:30 pm).

July 15^th 2017

Morning shuttle buses: Two shuttle buses will be waiting in front of Koreana Hotel. please make sure that you will meet us at the gate of the hotel at 7:50 am. Those not staying in Koreana Hotel can come to the hotel for the shuttle bus. 

Afternoon shuttle buses: Please note that there will be no shuttle buses in the afternoon of Saturday, July 15th. Participants should use subway, bus or other public transportation.
