•   The next APEA conference will be held at the University of California, Santa Cruz on June 27-28, 2009. The local organizers, including Joshua Aizenman, cordially invite you to present a paper. • The second trade workshop, jointly organized by the Research Center for International Economics at the University of International Business and Economics and the Department of Economics, Hong Kong Baptist University, will be held on the campus of Hong Kong Baptist University, February 28, 2009. • This is the first annual conference organized by the Research Center for International Economics at the University of International Economics. It will be held on the campus of the university on June 22-23, 2009. Download a flyer.

• This is the eighth conference on "Korea and the World Economy." It will be hosted by the Department of Economics, Hong Kong Baptist University on July 9-10, 2009. Download a flyer for more information.

• This is the third advanced training program on writing and publishing papers in economics and business administration, to be held on the campus of the University of Washington, Seattle, from July 27-August 14, 2009. It provides training and experience to graduate students and junior faculty on writing and publishing academic papers. Download a flyer for more information.
